Large companies may support multiple shows each month with their exhibit program, targeting different audiences or segments. As divisions have varied budgets and diverse objectives, it becomes a challenge to support all parties with consistency of brand. More divisions increases the probability of simultaneous shows, so inventory must grow. With all of these variables, the corporate events team must plan for every possible scenario from the inception of their exhibit design.
L3 Technologies is one such client. Theirs is truly one of the most diverse exhibit programs we’ve encountered and their exhibtry has been carefully engineered to meet an incredible array of demands. L3 uses their properties for everything from standard 10’x10’ spaces to a massive triple double-deck 60’x100’ for their priority show. Recent shows have hosted varied audiences such as military leadership, women in engineering, data security analysts, aircraft mechanics and unmanned vehicle operators.

With a modular design, their kiosks can be rearranged in infinite configurations, supported by interchangeable graphics, an arsenal of accessories, and various core structures. Each configuration is custom to the products being displayed and the needs of the intended audience, and of course the rules of the venue and show organizer.
The key building blocks of the L3 exhibit inventory can be seen at work in their 10’x20’ exhibit (top row, center). Additional modules and accessories are added and arranged as exhibit space grows. The largest L3 exhibit uses the same structures as the smallest exhibit.
With these highly configurable properties, L3 can support multiple shows occurring simultaneously, or pursue larger exhibit space rentals with ease.
A global company, L3 also requires support outside of North America with continuity of branding. They have a similar inventory of configurable properties for use abroad, with some examples shown here:

The L3 example is a powerful one. This is a company with a complex and demanding exhibit program. The solutions Acer has provided allow L3 to manage their shows seamlessly regardless of exhibit size or show location.
