• Acer's first project with L’Oréal featured a massive 80’x140’ exhibit space showcasing seven consumer brands at AAD 2025.

• Despite an extremely limited production timeline, the Acer team delivered—QIAGEN signed the work order on 5/27 and the exhibit shipped by 6/13.

L3Harris

• L3Harris partnered with Acer Exhibits just 60 days after its merger to launch its new brand at trade shows.

• The exhibit program had to support a demanding schedule with multiple overlapping events.

• Acer designed flexible, modular environments ranging from 10’x10’ to 60’x100’ double-deck exhibits.

• The design reflected L3Harris’s “Fast. Forward.” branding with angular structures, LEDskin towers, and arrow-shaped hanging signs.

• Acer completed the design, fabrication, and shipment of eight truckloads of exhibit properties in just four weeks after approval.

• Seaguar chose Acer as their new exhibit partner based on referrals and media recommendations.

• Their old exhibit at ICAST didn’t fully utilize their prime 30’x50’ entrance space or showcase their product effectively.

• Acer designed pedestal kiosks with lightboxes to highlight the optical properties of Seaguar’s fishing lines.

• A neutral structure palette emphasized the colorful product range, and a scrim canopy created an underwater feel.

• The exhibit was designed to convert to a smaller 20’x20’ footprint as needed.

Novalis Innovative Flooring

• Novalis showcases eco-friendly luxury vinyl flooring through its AVA and Nova Floor brands, requiring strong, premium branding.

• The exhibit design must highlight the flooring as the main visual element, not the structure.

Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation

• RMEF needed a 20’x30’ rustic-style exhibit with conference rooms, lounge, reception, and video displays.
